Unveiling High on Life 2 with Bespoke Ad Creatives

To help Squanch Games tease and promote High on Life 2, Dexerto turned a traditional media amplification brief into a creative platform built around the franchise’s absurd humor and unmistakable tone. We pitched and produced a fake pharmaceutical ad concept featuring alien masks crafted from in-game renders, shot on an LED stage for a cinematic finish. The spots debuted during the 2025 Xbox Showcase as part of the game’s launch announcement and will also live inside the game itself. For the Nintendo Switch release, Dexerto extended the campaign with social-first OLVs inspired by the game’s skateboarding elements, filming at Portland’s legendary Burnside Skatepark with alien prosthetics applied to a local skate legend. The “alien spotted at Burnside” hook sparked fan speculation and drove millions of positive engagements across Dexerto and Squanch social channels.
